As a hosting provider, Origin Studio Co acts solely as an intermediary in the delivery of digital services. We provide the infrastructure for our customers to host their content and do not actively monitor or control the information stored on our servers.
If content hosted through our Services is alleged to infringe copyright or other intellectual property rights, the rights holder may initiate action under our Notice-and-Take-Down (NTD) procedure.
1. Prior Resolution Requirement
Before submitting an NTD request, the notifier must make reasonable, good-faith efforts to resolve the matter directly with the content provider (our Customer). Origin Studio Co encourages direct resolution between parties as the most efficient means of addressing potential infringements.
2. Submission of a Formal Notice
If no resolution is reached with the content provider, the notifier may submit a formal Notice-and-Take-Down re quest to legal@originstudio.nl. To be considered valid, the notice must include the following:
Identification of the Work: A clear description of the copyrighted work or intellectual property claimed to have been infringed.
Location of Content: The specific URL(s) or location within our infrastructure where the allegedly infringing material is located.
Contact Information: The notifier’s full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
Statement of Good Faith: A statement that the notifier has a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
Statement of Accuracy: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that the notifier is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
4. Action Taken by the Company
Upon receipt of a valid and complete NTD request, Origin Studio Co will:
Acknowledge receipt of the notice.
Evaluate the request in accordance with applicable laws (including the EU Digital Services Act where applicable).
Notify the Customer responsible for the content.
If necessary, disable access to or remove the allegedly infringing material pending further investigation or resolution between the parties.
